Bitcoin Mining Difficulty Reaches an All-time High

The difficulty of Bitcoin mining has experienced an increase of 6.17% as a result of the latest recalculation, thus updating the all-time high at around 55.6T.

The average hashrate for the period since the previous value change is 399.36 EH/s. The interval between blocks has been 9.5 minutes.

Glassnode analysts have said the 7-day smoothed moving average peaked at 414 EH/s last August 17.

According to the Hashrate Index, the hash price has declined 5% over the past 24 hours, from $63 per PH per day to $60.
