This move opens up access to a huge market, as Solana's DEX ecosystem processed $140 billion in volume over the past month.
The integration is based on a partnership with Solana's leading DEX aggregator, Jupiter, marking the first major use of its new Jupiter Ultra API.

Uniswap Labs has stated that this is just the beginning, as it has plans to explore bridging, cross-chain swaps, and full wallet support for Solana.
The expansion not only positions Uniswap to capture a share of Solana's vibrant trading activity, but also serves to funnel liquidity and users to its own nascent Layer 2 network, Unichain.
