Crypto asset manager Grayscale has announced that it has enabled staking for its spot Ethereum ETFs in the US, a first for this type of product that allows investors to generate additional income from their holdings, according to a statement shared on Monday.
The move applies to both the Grayscale Ethereum Trust ETF and the Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust ETF.
By staking a portion of the funds' assets, Grayscale will earn network rewards, which will then be transferred to investors.
