The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decisions on applications to launch a series of ETFs from asset management giants BlackRock and Franklin Templeton.

In documents published on Wednesday, the regulator announced that it needs more time to review the proposals.

Franklin Templeton's application for an Ethereum staking ETF now has a new deadline of November 13, while its proposals for Solana and XRP ETFs have been postponed until November 14.
