The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed its decision on Truth Social's Bitcoin ETF, postponing the deadline from August 4 to September 18.
The ETF, backed by Trump Media & Technology Group, aims to list on NYSE Arca under SEC rules on commodity-based trust shares.
The regulator cited the need for additional time for review.

The SEC also postponed decisions on Grayscale's Solana Trust (now scheduled for October 10) and Canary Capital's Litecoin ETF.
SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce recently warned of a slowdown in approvals due to ongoing litigation and regulatory considerations.
