Seychelles-based cryptocurrency exchange BigONE revealed on Wednesday a major security breach, revealing that attackers stole $27 million from its hot wallets in the early hours of July 16.
The exchange has confirmed the theft of 120 BTC, 350 ETH, 1,800 SOL, and 8.54 million USDT across multiple blockchains, along with smaller amounts of DOGE, SHIB, and CELR.

Blockchain security firm SlowMist has attributed the breach to a supply chain attack, in which hackers infiltrated and altered the platform's operating systems without stealing private keys.
