Republican leaders in the US House of Representatives have announced plans to review three important cryptocurrency bills during a "Crypto Week" beginning in mid-July.
House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill, House Agriculture Committee Chairman Glenn Thompson, and House Speaker Mike Johnson confirmed that the week of July 14-18 will focus on legislation related to the structure of the cryptocurrency market, the regulation of stablecoins, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).

The House will prioritize three key bills: the CLARITY Act, the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act, and the Senate’s GENIUS Act.
This move follows former President Donald Trump's recent call for swift passage of the GENIUS Act, which regulates stablecoins, before Congress recesses in August.
