Strategy, the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, bought another 4,020 BTC for $427.1 million between May 19 and May 23, the company announced May 26.
The latest purchase was executed at an average price of $106,237 per coin, just as Bitcoin briefly topped $110,000 on May 22.
This is Strategy's fourth Bitcoin purchase in May, bringing its total holdings to 580,250 BTC, worth approximately $40.6 billion at an average purchase price of $69,979 per coin.
The move follows a series of share sales by MicroStrategy director Jarrod Patten, who disposed of 2,650 MSTR shares worth $1.1 million between May 16 and May 21.
