The bill, known as SB325, ensures that participation is entirely voluntary and allows the free market to dictate pay options for employees, employers and businesses.
The main objectives of the bill are to create a framework for the secure use of Bitcoin by the state, private businesses and individuals, as well as to designate Bitcoin as an acceptable medium for transactions, wages and investments.
