Do Kwon Victims Could Exceed One Million

According to prosecutors involved in the Do Kwon criminal case, it is believed that the collapse of the Terraform Labs ecosystem could have affected more than one million victims worldwide.

In a January 6 filing, Acting US Attorney Daniel Gitner explained the steps that will be taken to inform Kwon's victims of their rights in the case.

Due to the large number of people affected and the nature of the transactions, which often did not include personal information, it is difficult to determine the exact number of victims.

However, there could be hundreds of thousands of individuals and entities affected, possibly adding up to more than one million victims.

To ensure that victims are informed of their rights, the government plans to create a website and use other methods, as notifying each individual directly is impractical.
