ETF provider WisdomTree has just registered a new entity in Delaware, according to a post on X.
The move suggests the company plans to file an S-1 registration for an XRP ETF with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Other companies, including Bitwise and Canary Capital, have also filed SEC applications to launch spot XRP ETFs.

WisdomTree is among several Wall Street firms that have introduced a spot Bitcoin ETF. The manager's BTC ETF currently has $367 million in assets under management.
In May, WisdomTree received approval to list physically backed Bitcoin and Ether exchange-traded products on the London Stock Exchange.
