Grayscale to Convert its Crypto Fund into an ETF

Grayscale Investments has just filed an application with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to transform its mixed cryptocurrency fund into an ETF.

The fund currently holds popular tokens such as Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, XRP and Avalanche.

This is not the first time Grayscale has converted its funds into ETFs, having previously done so for its Bitcoin and Ethereum funds.

The firm's Digital Large Cap Fund currently trades over the counter and has $524 million in assets under management.

The fund consists primarily of Bitcoin, which accounts for about 75% of its portfolio, followed by Ethereum at 19%. The remaining allocation consists of Solana, XRP and AVAX, according to a company document.
