Tron founder Justin Sun has announced that his team is working on the development of a gas-free stablecoin solution, enabling free peer-to-peer transfers.

This solution is expected to launch on the Tron blockchain in Q4 and subsequently be integrated into other public chains compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine.

According to Sun, transfers will no longer require users to pay gas tokens, as the fees will be covered by the stablecoins themselves. However, he has not provided details on how this mechanism will work.

Sun believes that this innovation will greatly benefit companies that want to offer stablecoin services on the blockchain, leading to wider adoption.
