Last June 21, several asset managers filed revised proposals for their Ethereum ETFs with the SEC.

Among the firms that filed updated forms were Fidelity, VanEck, BlackRock, Grayscale and Invesco Galaxy Digital.

In its filing, VanEck disclosed that its Ethereum fund would have a management fee of 0.20%, similar to competitors such as Franklin Templeton, which has a 0.19% fee. The fee for BlackRock's iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) fund has not yet been announced.

According to Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas, VanEck's fee may put pressure on BlackRock to keep its management fee below 0.30%.

Several amendments have been filed with the SEC in recent weeks, and S-1 approval is one of the final steps before the funds can be listed on Wall Street exchanges.
