CleanSpark, a Bitcoin mining company, has recently completed the cash purchase of 5 fully equipped Bitcoin mining facilities in Georgia for a total of $25.8 million.

Upon completion of the installation of the high-performance S21 pro miners, the combined facilities are expected to achieve a hashrate of 3.7 exahashes per second (EH/s).

The company's CEO, Zach Bradford, has stated that this acquisition will not only improve power distribution in the local area, but will also help them reach their goal of 20 EH/s operational hashrate by mid-year.

With a combined size of 60 MW, ranging from 8 MW to 15 MW per site, these facilities will bring CleanSpark's total infrastructure ownership in Georgia to 300 MW.
