Fireblocks, an infrastructure services provider, has expanded its range of offerings through a partnership with Coinbase.
It now now offers derivative and trading products to both institutional and retail investors.
As announced on June 10, the Fireblocks platform now allows trading perpetual futures and spot contracts on the Coinbase International Exchange.
This service is aimed primarily at institutional investors, such as hedge funds, trading firms and family offices.
According to Fireblocks, this new addition offers several advantages to users, such as the ability to trade perpetual and spot contracts following predefined governance policies and workflows to minimize security risks and unauthorized transactions.
