According to a recent amended registration statement, ARK Invest has decided to end its partnership with 21Shares for its Ethereum ETF.
The ETF, previously called Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF, has been renamed 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF.
The companies have also clarified that while ARK will not participate in this ETF, they will continue to collaborate on the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and other futures products.
In a statement, a spokesperson for ARK has noted they will no longer pursue an Ethereum ETF, but remain committed to their Bitcoin ETF collaboration.
Both companies remain determined to make cryptocurrencies more accessible to investors in the United States.
