The regulator has emphasized its authority to block Bybit's website for illegally providing services in France.

Bybit has been blacklisted by the AMF since May 2022 due to non-compliance with current French regulations. Previously, the AMF had blacklisted other crypto-related platforms.

However, the regulator has approved the registration of platforms such as Gemini, Coinbase and Circle.
