The application to list and trade the Grayscale Ethereum Futures Trust ETF has been withdrawn according to a new document filed Tuesday.
The application was originally filed by NYSE Arca, Inc. in September of last year. The document indicates that the application, file number SRNYSEARCA-2023-63, was withdrawn on May 3.
NYSE Arca has not provided any information as to why it withdrew the application.

The SEC had already delayed its decision on Grayscale's Ethereum futures ETF several times, with the most recent delay occurring in March.
In October 2023, the SEC approved a group of Ethereum futures ETFs from ProShares, VanEck and Bitwise.
