Over the past seven days, sales of Bitcoin non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have outpaced those of Ethereum, with an increase in sales of Bitcoin-based collections such as NodeMonkes.
The top three best-selling NFT collections were based on the Ordinals Bitcoin platform, which allows users to create NFT-like assets using sats (the smallest unit of Bitcoin).
The most popular collection was Uncategorized Ordinals, which sold more than $43 million in 47,000 transactions.
It was closely followed by NodeMonkes, with over $41 million in sales, and Natcats, with more than $10 million in sales.
These figures show an 80% increase in Bitcoin NFT sales compared to the previous week and surpassed Ethereum NFT sales of $162 million.
