Bitcoin Mining Difficulty Reaches a New High

As a result of the most recent recalculation, the difficulty of mining BTC has increased by 8.24%, reaching a new all-time high of 81.7T.

During the period between the previous and current value change, the average hashrate has stood at 583.92 EH/s, with a block interval of just under 10 minutes.

Last February 7, the 7-day moving average reached 597 EH/s, but has now dropped to 560 EH/s.

According to the Hashrate Index, the current hash price stands at $0.08417 per TH.

Bitcoin miners' reserves declined to a level last seen in July 2021 in early February.
