The Court of Appeals of Montenegro has decided for the second time to revoke Do Kwon's extradition to South Korea or the United States.

The decision has reportedly been made based on the appeal filed by the co-founder's defense lawyers, who challenged the previous decision made by the country's High Court in December. This is the second time Do Kwon's extradition has been denied.

On November 17, Do Kwon had successfully appealed the Supreme Court's decision that the extradition requests were valid. However, the Supreme Court again upheld its decision on December 29, prompting Do Kwon to file another appeal in January.

The Court of Appeal stated that there were problems with the process, as the High Court's decision lacked clear reasoning and facts. As a result, the extradition requests cannot be considered legally valid.
