Valkyrie has noted:
"The Sponsor anticipates utilizing the custodial services of both Coinbase and BitGo to custody the Trust’s bitcoin."
It should be noted that many of the spot Bitcoin ETFs that have been approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have Coinbase as a custodian, including BlackRock, Bitwise and Ark21.
The Hashdex Bitcoin ETF, which was also approved last month, has BitGo as a custodian.
