US online broker Robinhood has just announced it has listed on its trading app the 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs that were just approved by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

According to the platform, these are available for both retirement and brokerage accounts.

Johann Kerbrat, CEO of Robinhood Crypto, said:

"We believe crypto is the financial framework of the future and that increased access to Bitcoin via ETFs is a good thing for the industry."

Vlad Tenev, CEO of the company, on Wednesday said the regulator's approval of the instrument opens the door to better risk management for clients in managing crypto investments.

The 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs approved by the SEC are those of Bitwise, Grayscale, Hashdex, BlackRock, Valkyrie, BZX, Invesco, VanEck, WisdomTree, Fidelity and Franklin Templeton.
