The Inferno Drainer team, which offered users fraudulent services to steal cryptocurrencies, announced its closure on November 26.
The company has helped steal nearly $70 million in assets in 2023 alone.
Inferno Drainer will reportedly maintain the files and infrastructure needed to run the scheme so that users can make a "smooth transition" to other services.
The statement reads:
"A big thank to everyone who has worked with us. We hope you can remember us as the best drainer that has ever existed and that we succeeded in helping you in the quest of making money."
The service team has deleted the mr_inferno_drainer affiliate account on Telegram and recommended not to trust anyone using his name in the future.
