Valkyrie Investments, a digital asset management firm, has just updated its spot Bitcoin ETF application with the SEC.

In particular, the company filed an updated Form S-1 registration statement for the Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund with the regulator yesterday.

According to the document, the company intends to offer investors through the instrument the ability to invest in Bitcoin-backed common share.

The shares represent undivided fractional units of interest and fractional ownership of the fund and are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker "BRRR."

The US Securities and Exchange Commission delayed last month its decision on the Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund.

Other companies, including Bitwise, BlackRock, Fidelity, Grayscale, VanEck and ARK Invest, have previously updated their filings with the regulator.
