According to Glassnode analysts, the 7-day smoothed moving average peaked at 456.9 EH/s on October 12. After that, it corrected itself and currently stands at 445.4 EH/s.
Hashrate Index shows the hash price is $70.47 per PH/s per day.
The miner Bitmain launched earlier this month the Antminer T21 with a hashrate of 190 TH/s and an energy efficiency of 19 J/T.
Jaran Mellerud, analyst at Hashrate Index and Luxor Technologies, has previously said that by the end of 2023 the hashrate will reach 500 EH/s due to the price and technology race of miners before halving.
