Recall that Juvvadi joined the exchange's US division in May last year from Uber.

The platform has also laid off about a third of its employees or 100 people.

The SEC filed a complaint in June against Binance and its CEO, Changpeng Zhao in which it filed 13 charges, including the sale of unregistered securities, while on June 6, the regulator sent a request to freeze the digital assets of the platform's US division.

On June 9, users of the platform lost the ability to deposit dollars. On June 17, the SEC and Binance signed an agreement on US customer funds and the platform resumed withdrawing assets, but the company warned that the situation could change.
