Crypto exchange Coinbase has just launched a Web3 wallet aimed at institutional and corporate clients.

The Coinbase Prime Web3 Wallet will reportedly allow users to access cryptocurrencies not represented in Prime Custody, NFTs, DeFi and other dApps on six blockchains with different levels of access.

Importantly, the solution simplifies direct access to Web3 functions, eliminating the need to download additional dApps.

In addition to storing tokens, customers will be able to use the wallet to buy, sell, issue and manage collections of NFTs, as well as social accounts.

The wallet enables risk mitigation including approval alerts, threat alerts, transaction previews and a dApp blocklist that is designed to protect users from malicious activity.
