EXANTE has been recognised by the Financial Times, Financial Adviser Diversity in Finance Awards (DiFA) for the second year in a row - this year picking up the award for 'Best Product or Service' for the diversity of our trading platform, which offers more than 600,000 instruments across 50 global markets, all from one single, multi-currency account, allowing users to trade from anywhere in the world.

This is the company’s second consecutive award, following last year’s win for 'Best Marketing and Recruitment Campaign for its Women Who Invest initiative.

EXANTE is committed to promoting diversity both internally as well as amongst its clients. It prides itself in being ahead of the curve, with its C-level split 50:50 when it comes to male and female leaders, which is unusual in the finance and tech sectors.

The EXANTE team brings together 35 nationalities speaking more than 40+ languages. With 600+ employees as of June 2023, the EXANTE workforce has been growing over 70% year-on-year between 2020 and 2023.

The FT Adviser DiFA awards, now in their fifth year, aim to showcase the best initiatives, campaigns and success stories over the past 12 months when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the financial services sector.
