Cryptocurrency exchange Binance is looking for new employees despite its problems with European regulators.

In particular, the company is looking to hire, according to the announcement, a European policy officer.

Per the job description, the position will have to develop new policy standards for the company and "analyze existing procedures" to identify and eliminate their shortcomings.

The company is also looking to hire a compliance director in Thailand and a deputy director of government relations in Spain.

The news comes after the platform withdrew license applications in the UK, Austria, Cyprus, as well as its withdrawal from the Netherlands market. In addition, the Belgian regulator has recently ordered the company to suspend its operations in the country.

It has also been reported that the German regulator does not plan to grant the platform the crypto custodian license.
