The International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has released a set of recommendations for public comment on cryptoasset regulatory policy.

The document, which has been developed by the association's experts, covers six main areas, including conflicts of interest arising from vertical integration of activities and functions; market manipulation, insider trading and fraud; cross-border risks and regulatory cooperation; storage and protection of client assets; operational and technological risks as well as suitability and appropriateness of assets for supply in retail markets.
