US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase intends to start offering its Coinbase One service in the UK, Ireland and Germany.
The subscription product, which costs 29.99 per month, offers fee-free trading, 24/7 customer support and higher staking rewards.

In addition, the company intends to launch the service in 31 more European countries.
For Coinbase, subscription products represent a "predictable revenue stream." These complement volatile trading fee revenues that fluctuate during different phases of the market cycle.

The US firm's revenue from subscription services during the first quarter of 2023 was more than double that of the same period last year, rising to $362 million.
Coinbase started testing the service with paid subscription at the end of 2021. Initially, it was available to a limited number of users.
