Most of the evidence related to the exchange owned by Do Kwon and key associates is located in South Korea. The prosecutor has added that most of the crimes he is charged with were committed there.

The US has also requested Do Kwon's extradition, where he has been charged with fraud by the SEC and the US Attorney's Office in New York.

The proceedings for extradition of the TFL CEO will commence after Montenegro’s authorities complete the trial in the forgery case.
