The startup said in a blog post on Monday, the wallet has little support for crypto at launch compared to other digital wallets as it was designed to focus more on a "handful of key functionalities of Worldcoin and Ethereum." With the wallet, users can scan and store digitally their ID documents to access online services.

The World App wallet also supports stablecoin USD coin (USDC) with multiple options to deposit and withdraw using bank accounts, local payment methods, or nearby agents.

Although the wallet currently is more specified to work with the traditional finance, users can still track crypto portfolio and get notified with major changes. Verified users can send crypto for free, although it is unclear if the option will be offered on a regular basis.
