Since 2021, Israeli authorities have seized a total of 189 accounts from Binance allegedly linked to terrorist groups ISIS and Hamas.
As reported by Reuters citing unpublished NBCTF documents, on January 12, 2023, the agency temporarily seized two Binance accounts linked to the Islamic State and their contents in order to "disrupt the activities" of the group and "weaken its ability to further its goals."
Notably, the NBCTF has not disclosed the specific amount of cryptocurrencies seized or evidence of their links to terrorists.

Apparently, most of the remaining accounts belonged to three Palestinian currency exchange companies, which the agency identified as "terrorist organizations" for their alleged involvement in Hamas fund transfers.
In April, the NBCTF reported the seizure of more than $137,870 from more than 80 Binance accounts belonging to three Gaza-based companies.
