Ledger Expands Series C Round, Raises Additional $108M

Crypto hardware manufacturer Ledger raised an additional $108 million funding at $1.41 billion valuation, Bloomberg has learned. The expanded funding was supported by True Global Ventures, Cité Gestion SPV, Digital Finance Group, and VaynerFund.

The new funding comes as Ledger doubles its business operations. Revenue for Ledger Live have grown 200% year-on-year. Moreover, the Paris-based company claims to store over 20% of the world's crypto and 30% of the world's non-fungible tokens.

Ledger CEO, Pascal Gauthier, said in a blog post that the funding will accelerate the company's mission to bring a "new generation of secure consumer devices" to hundreds of millions of clients.

In June 2021, Ledger raised $380 million. The round was led by 10T Holdings, with participation of Cathay Innovation, Draper Esprit, Wicklow Capital, Uphold Ventures, Felix Capital and others.
