US crypto exchange Kraken has just become the first official Web3 partner of the Williams Racing team in the Formula 1 racing series.
As part of the deal, the trading platform will allow customers of its NFT marketplace to place non-fungible tokens on the rear fender of a race car.

Kraken's identity will decorate the team's uniforms and cars. In addition, the company will release limited products with the exchange and Williams Racing logos.
James Bower, commercial director of Williams Racing, has said:
"We're excited to engage with both Kraken's and Williams Racing's global communities, showcasing the power and life-changing impact of crypto and Web3."
It is worth noting that Crypto.com, Binance and Bybit, among others, have previously signed partnerships with racing teams.
