Bitcoin Mining Difficulty Rises by 10%

The difficulty of mining Bitcoin has registered an increase of 9.95% as a result of the latest recalculation. The indicator has updated its all-time high at around 43.05 T.

According to Glassnode, the 7-day smoothed moving average hashrate of the network is close to 303 EH/s.

The hash price of $0.068 per TH/s per day has fallen to its lowest level in the last month.

The difficulty of mining BTC increased by 4.68% in January, updating the all-time high at around 39.35 T. During the same month, the total revenue of Bitcoin miners amounted to $604.6 million, 27% above December levels.

Recall that mining company CleanSpark purchased 20,000 Antminer S19j Pro+ earlier this month, increasing its equipment fleet to 46,500 devices.
