FTX Group has sent a series of letters to US politicians asking them to return donations received from Sam Bankman-Fried, the platform's former CEO, to the company.
According to the documents filed in court, the amount could be as much as $93 million.

US prosecutors have previously charged Bankman-Fried with eight criminal offenses as part of the investigation into the collapse of the cryptocurrency exchange.
One of the offenses is violation of US campaign finance laws. The former CEO of the companies allegedly made donations on behalf of others to circumvent the $25,000 annual limit. He has pleaded not guilty.
FTX Group has asked recipients to return their funds by February 28. If they fail to do so, they may be required to return the funds along with interest.
