British cryptocurrency mining company Argo Blockchain mined 147 BTC in December, down from 198 BTC in November, a drop of 25.75%.

According to the company, this reduction is due to adverse weather conditions in the United States. Recall that due to a storm that hit several regions of the country, many mining companies temporarily disconnected their devices to participate in balancing the power grid.

As a result, Helios' flagship data center reduced its consumption by about 1,500 MWh during the last month of last year.

The company signed an agreement in late December with Galaxy Digital Holdings, owned by Mike Novogratz, to sell Helios for $65 million and refinance $35 million of existing loans.
