Justin Sun, founder of Tron, has denied rumors about the problems of cryptocurrency exchange Huobi and has assured that users' assets are safe.

Recall that blockchain journalist Colin Wu reported last January 3 that the exchange's employees would start receiving their salaries in stablecoins instead of fiat money, and those who disagreed could be fired.

In late December, the journalist's sources reported the company plans to cancel annual bonuses and reduce the workforce from the current 1,200 people to 600-800.

Later, a community member wrote Huobi had allegedly closed internal communication channels with employees. According to him, the situation in the company could generate dissatisfaction with the staff and threaten users' funds.

The author of the publication said:

"If you have assets in Huobi, you should withdraw your money quickly. If you have no assets, you should uninstall the Huobi app to prevent it from automatically upgrading to the Trojan version."
