The new credit-card-sized device called Ledger Stax supports not only traditional cryptocurrencies, but also non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and has access to Web3 applications through the Ledger Live app. The wallet is expected to start shipping by the end of March 2023 at $279.

The main difference between the new wallet and its predecessors is his design: the wallet has a new curved display with the battery which is said to be last for weeks or even months "on one battery charge."

In a commentary for TechCrunch, Fadell said he was envisioning "what the future of digital assets would look like and I came up with this idea of what the next generational [wallet] would look like."
