Popular film company Warner Bros. has just introduced the WB Movieverse initiative, under which it has launched trading of NFTs based on the film The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
The project has reportedly been created in association with blockchain company Eluvio.
The auction for the tokens started last October 21. Warner Bros. offered 999 ultra-rare tokens at $100 and 10,000 NFTs at $30. It should be noted that the latter can be of ordinary, unusual and rare quality.

All ultra rare tokens are out of stock.
Each NFT contains the director's cut of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring in 4K, additional set photos and videos, interactive galleries and other bonuses.
Jessica Schell, vice president of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, has said the company will consider more projects related to NFTs in The Lord of the Rings franchise after evaluating the success of the first initiative.
