Popular crypto exchange Binance has just received a crypto asset service provider license from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
Receiving the license will allow the company to offer, among other things, spot, custody and staking services in accordance with the CySEC requirements.

The company has been licensed this year by the authorities in Bahrain, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Dubai and the Abu Dhabi Free Financial Zone.
The platform has also announced the launch of a regulated exchange in Thailand and the opening of a customer service center in Turkey.
According to Bloomberg, Binance has applied for a license in Japan four years after a refusal to open an office in the country.
