A court in the Netherlands has placed Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev under arrest until at least the end of November, The Block has reported.
The court has reportedly improperly rejected the appeal and disregarded the defense's arguments.

It has also been reported that the Dutch prosecutor's office plans to confiscate and sell Pertsev's property at auction. It should be noted that the arrestee's vehicle is to be auctioned.
According to Pertsev's wife, Ksenia Malik:
"At the moment, only a car, but I think they can come and take something else at any moment."
