Do Kwon, CEO of Terraform Labs, has said he is not on the run and is cooperating with law enforcement.
In particular, he has said that he is not hiding from government agencies that are "interested in communicating" with him.
Kwon has written:
"I am not on the run or anything similar - for any government agency that has shown interest to communicate, we are in full cooperation and we don’t have anything to hide. We are in the process of defending ourselves in multiple jurisdictions - we have held ourselves to an extremely high bar of integrity, and look forward to clarifying the truth over the next few months."

Kwon has stressed he will not disclose his location to outsiders. According to him, this is a direct invasion of privacy.
Reuters reported last September 17 citing Singapore police that the CEO of Terraform Labs had left the city-state.
On September 14, a Seoul court issued an arrest warrant for Do Kwon and five others on charges including violations of South Korea's capital markets laws. According to the authorities, all the suspects were located in Singapore.
