The joint statement reads:
"We have agreed to put this matter behind them and look forward to collaborating with each other on future projects, including possible NFTs."
Tarantino announced in November last year an auction of NFTs based on Pulp Fiction. The complete collection contains seven NFTs with chapters of the filmmaker's original handwritten script and his exclusive audio commentary.
Miramax filed a lawsuit against the filmmaker alleging unfair competition, breach of contract and copyright.
