Bitcoin Miners' Revenue Increased by 12% in August

The total revenue of Bitcoin miners amounted to $684.3 million at the end of August, which is 12% higher than the previous month.

At the same time, the share of commissions in revenue has decreased from 2.02% to 1.41%.

It is worth noting that Ethereum miners earned $829 million in August month, up 22% from July. The volume of fee income remained virtually unchanged, although its share in the total indicator decreased by 4%.

Foundry USA, which is part of Barry Silbert's Digital Currency Group, continues to hold the lead among Bitcoin pools in terms of hashrate with 20.9%, followed by AntPool with 19.3% and F2Pool.

The total hashrate of the Bitcoin network reached 224.5 EH/s last September 6. The indicator is gradually returning to levels close to the peak value reached last June 11 of 231 EH/s.
