Cryptocurrency investment firm Multicoin Capital has attracted $430 million for its third fund called Venture Fund III that will invest from $500,000 up to $25 million in early-stage opportunities.

The Texas-headquartered firm said in a blog post it will invest in such areas as proof of physical work, DataDAOs, creator monetization, consumer products and, Web3 and open finance. Multicoin Capital added:
"We continue to invest in core Web3 infrastructure with more recent investments such as Ceramic and Fluence, as well as a few more we have yet to share."
Multicoin Capital invested in over 90 projects so far, including Ethereum, Flow, FTX, Paxos, Solana, Tagomi and others. The largest one was Delphia, a mobile-investment platform, where the project raised $60 million.
